Camp rules and protocols are applied and must be strictly followed. Strict disciplinary actions will be taken against those who violate the following:
General
1. Anyone violating house rules, fighting, gambling, smoking, committing vice, consuming/possessing alcoholic drinks and causing any form of disturbances to the flow of the entire YES Camp.
2. Visitors (parents of Leos only) must register at the Secretariat Room prior to entering the YES Camp Venue(s). Outsiders or non-registered Leos are prohibited from entering the YES Camp venue.
3. Items strictly prohibited are:
• Alcoholic beverages
• Drugs
• Valuables
• Playing Cards
• Comic
• Junk Foods
• Laptop/PDA/Portable Games Console/CD Player
• Large amount of Cash
• Cigarette, etc.
Resort
1. No outside call(s) allowed making through resort phone.
2. Any resort service charges will be borne by the Leo(s) themselves.
3. All Leos must observe the cleanliness of the resort and rooms.
4. Resort properties are not allowed to be taken out unless for purchased items.
5. The Leo(s) concerned will be responsible for any cost of repair or replacement of damaged resort properties.
6. Kindly return all “Lost & Found” item(s) to the Secretariat personnel.
7. Lights out at 12.30am (latest) and anyone loitering at the lobby area, found in other rooms, rooms of the opposite sex especially.
8. Kindly co-operate with all Security personnel and Sergeant-at-Arms at the various checkpoints.
Activities
1. Please do not leave any activities venue without the consent of Organizing Chairperson.
2. Anyone found playing truant at YES Camp activities. Leos who failed to turn up for any activities will be excused only upon medical reasons verified by a doctor.
3. Please take good care of your own belongings, Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any lost item(s).
4. PUNCTUALITY must be observed for all YES Camp activities.
5. Leos must observe the Dress Code for all activities(s):
• Opening/Closing Ceremony - Camp T-Shirt with proper pant and shoes.
• Indoor/Outdoor Activities - Personal T-Shirt with proper pant and shoes.
• ID Tags must be worn by Leos at all times throughout the YES Camp. Leos without ID Tags will NOT be allowed to participate in any activities at the YES Camp.
Details of retreat rules will be forwarded to the selected applicants upon admission. Anyone who breaks the severe rules will be sent home immediately and the camp fees will be forfeited.
